The flared end fits over the end of the adjacent pipe, where the joint is then welded together. Bell end fittings are used in water, sewer, and marine applications where they enable efficient assembly of pipeline networks. Bell end fittings are faster to install than Butt Weld. This 6 in. Single Sweep Tee is made from 70/30 Copper Nickel. It has a pressure rating of CL200 with a Bell end connection conforming to MSS-SP-119.
